On May 30th, the Board voted to terminate the contract with Grace Construction. An alternate contractor's bid will be considered during the CWCDD Board meeting scheduled for June 20, 2024 @ 10:30 AM. The rate of progress and quality of workmanship did not meet the District's expectations.
